About Us

Rochdale Hockey Club was founded in 2008, when Heywood Hockey Club relocated from Heywood to neighbouring Rochdale. The club was formed with just one Men’s team, later to be joined by the Fearns Ladies Hockey Club, before a second men’s team was added in 2014. Our junior section has been going from strength to strength over last few seasons and we are always on the look-out for new players! If you fancy giving hockey a go for the first time or are thinking about picking your stick up again, get in touch! We are a family friendly, welcoming and sociable club.

   

Rochdale Hockey Club consists of 2 men’s and 1 Ladies Team, and junior teams from ages 8-16.

Training and Matches are hosted at Oulder Hill Leisure Centre, Rochdale.

Senior Men’s Training is held Tuesday evenings 7-9pm

Senior Matches are held Saturdays (September-April) 12-16:30pm

Junior Training sessions are held on TUESDAY evenings 7-8pm and SUNDAY mornings 11-12pm

You will find us on the astroturf pitch to the rear of the leisure centre.
